I love reislings and didn't imagine our friends to the north produced them. I would really like to know which one, if you recall the name The Canadians use a five star ranking system. As I recall, it was a five star producer, which is not a give me. They have very good standards! The balance was heavenly with a mild nose and a clear crisp flavor. This sweet wine always left me wanting to open another bottle. So, I drank them all. <ggg> I lost the label and can't replace it. Maybe I can do a little research, on producers of the region, and recall the vineyard. So I'm not totally OT. Dollar cost averaging the bio's. Holding some software companies which are involved in AI processes for handling customers needs, holding some miners awaiting further erosion of the dollar to sell, and still out in the 401K. Lastly, spending all my cash reserves at home depot before they run out of stuff <ggg>.
