I would think that trade was an out of sequence one. There was some transcript of 3Bridge capital's money manager Schaeffer from Comtex. He said GX is the dominant transoceanic bandwidth provider and is selling at 0.25 of their cash flow and growth rate. Last credible trade was 4.74 in after hour IMO.

Very good question. At 3:55 PM it hit the day's low of $4.52, but it closed at $4.90.
