... sure it does Patrice, if the Fed dropped rates to zero today, it would not impact the economy for a long time to come ... our economic problems have little to do with interest rates ... and they will not be sorted out until July, 2002 at the earliest and possibly a year or two after that ...

... this is serious stuff, the recession has not even started yet, and hardly anyone understands that ... in my opinion ...

Greenspan wanted to kill Nasdaq last year and he killed the economy... IMO
1/2% would be to scary, 1/4% is just a warning.
Well, I think most of the companies are not able to predict future earnings.
