6:24PM After Hours Indications : Seeing a very modest positive reaction on the heels of the "strong" semiconductor equipment book-to-bill numbers. S&P futures at 1158, trade one point below fair value while the Nasdaq 100 after hours indicator is lower by 0.6 points.

6:15PM Semiconductor Equipment Book-to-Bill : The semiconductor equipment book-to-bill ratio for July came in at 0.67, a stronger reading than Briefing.com's mean estimate of 0.60 (among eight firms surveyed) -- the number is also up from June's revised reading of 0.56. Orders for July increased to $764 million which is up from June's revised orders of $727 million and somewhat of a surprise relative to analyst expectations.
