"While we think Amazon.com's (Nasdaq: AMZN - news) partnership with Circuit City (NYSE: CC - news) is a good idea, we remain skeptical about Amazon's electronics business. The deal, announced Monday, would allow people to buy consumer electronics products on Amazon's site and pick them up in person at Circuit City stores, thus avoiding shipping charges and time delays. In theory, this option will encourage more people to buy electronics through Amazon, while reducing Amazon's distribution costs. This is just the sort of bricks- and-clicks partnership that Amazon has been seeking out following the success of its deal with Toys ``R'' Us (NYSE: TOY - news), and we think that such deals will become much more common as online and traditional retailing merge into one. But even though this deal makes Amazon's money-losing electronics business a bit more palatable, we'd prefer to see hard evidence that the business can work before we're willing to be more positive about Amazon as an investment.

>> Hey Craig, you fail to put your $$ where your commodities mouth is.. why are you not long any commodities, Mr. Crawford? <<

why don't you put your money where your mouth is and short some if you are so confident they are going to slide?

otherwise shut your trap.

>> if you like to just talk about commodities, and perhaps paper trade, that is fine. No problem there; just say so! <<

ok i only like to talk about and paper trade commodities. happy?
