There is plenty of fiction this morning. Surprised to see all of the excitment on CNBC this AM and yet another prediction that the semiconductors have bottomed. You should have seen Hardball on CNBC last night. They had Cramer and Kudlow on. Cramer said that he thought the economy would tank and that the market would go up! Insanity reigns as everyone dances like mad on the HMS Titanic and keeps their eyes on their dinner and not on the iceburg that sits outside of the window. It is the people in the lower decks who are given no life preservers. The people who lose their jobs and own no stock. The people whose factory moved to Mexico while the big banks on Wall Street got bailed out for stupid loans that they made by Alan Greenspan and Rbuin in their welfare for the big money scam. This is survival of the most unfit and we have the leaders that are fit for duty in the White House. A Teasury Secretary who has no economic policy and a President who plays. The big event in Washington this year will not be anything that the President or Congress does but riots over international trade that wlll be sprinkled by beatings. A fitting burial for the new economy.
