14:03 ET FOMC Minutes : Minutes from the Fed's June 26-27 meeting reveal that the FOMC believed that it was near the end of its easing cycle, and one member (St Louis Pres Poole) even voted against the move. But as events since then have revealed, the Fed is not omniscient, and continued weak data since that time prompted another rate cut this week.
