Millennium Broadcast Corp. Signs Joint Venture Agreement With Lynx Entertainment Group, Inc.

LAKE HELEN, Fla., Jul 16, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Millennium Broadcast Corp. (Pink Sheets:MIBD) today
announced they have signed a joint venture agreement with Lynx Entertainment Group, Inc. Lynx Entertainment, along
with MBC, is in active development on several entertainment projects. Lynx Entertainment is headed by entertainment
industry veterans Dennis Steinmetz and Don Wood.

An Emmy award winning television director for his work on "The Young & the Restless" (CBS Daytime Drama), Mr.
Steinmetz has created, produced, directed, and/or written several feature films and thousands of episodes of television
programming during his 35 plus year career. He relocated to Orlando, Fla., nine years ago when named the Executive
Producer of the most recent edition of the "Mickey Mouse Club" where he helped develop current pop stars Justin
Timberlake and JC Chasez of *NSYNC, Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears. He is currently the Vice President of
Lynx Entertainment Group, Inc. which manages the hit pop music group "Innosense."

Before starting Child Watch in 1992, Don Wood was a successful entrepreneur in manufacturing and financial services.
The Child watch foundation was formed to help prevent abductions through the use of the Kidguard Safety Program. Mr.
Wood designed the program which consists of a photo/ID card with fingerprints and a list of safety rules that helps teach
parents and children how to prevent abductions. In 1994 Child Watch added investigations to assist in the recovery of
Missing Children. To date Child Watch investigators have successfully returned 135 children to their families. Child
Watch has grown into the largest independent national missing children's organization. Child Watch's sponsors include
Texaco, Pizza Hut, V-Tech, Radio Disney, Wal-Mart, AT&T, Qwest Communications, GTE and Ameritech. Currently,
Chris Kirkpatrick of *NSYNC serves as national spokesperson. Mr. Wood, through Lynx Entertainment, also handles the
management for the group called "Cassiopeia," and the "Not So Boy Band" (NSB2). NSB2 is currently an opening act on
the North American Tour for international pop recording artists *NSYNC.
