Mindmelf,re:"water...". In Chinese, there is a saying: 'water is fortune'.
The market has been pretty dry except for some smart boys/girls.

I think we have spent the investment for at least 5-10 years during the last
boom time. Unless AG reduce the rate to <= 0, the incremental stuff AG is
doing is just responding to 'pressure' before he resigns.
