I don't see that Intel has anyplace to spend another $ 7.5 billion per year in the next two or three years.

Do you think Intel and others will cut CapEx next year ?

Intel already has this half-year. They spent $5 billion in 1H2001 and are spending the other $2.5 billion in 2H2001.
