Take your calculator, press in 0. Press the divide by symbol. Type in 80,000,000. What do you get?

No ticket equals 0 chance to win.

Seriously, government lotteries are so bad in so many dimensions that it honestly pains me to see anyone participate in it. It is wrong if you blow $10,000. In principle it is just as wrong if you blow $1.

Some years ago there was a young couple, in PA I think, who gathered all the cash they could by a 2nd mortgage, savings, etc. Put the whole amount into lotto tickts, something like $19,000. They won a couple of hundred I believe. I hope they had the good sense to spend their meager return on sterilization for themselves. That part of the gene pool needed to be drained and covered with sod.
