No, there will be a return to decent and even robust growth. But remember, the Nasdaq 5000 levels were reached on the back of a PE of 100 or higher. In a more sane environment, it could be far lower. As we stand now, the QQQ is trading at around 40 or 50 times its peak earnings, and it will take a lot of time and effort to get back to that peak.
