I don't follow politics, I only react to it when its particularly galling or as in this case forced in front of my face. So I don't know diddly about this supposed Institute, real or not. How do you know that it is a hoax? and what confirmation do you have that your belief is correct? Not challenging your opinion on this, just looking for legitimate confirmation of your statement. The corollary to this would be, why would someone invent such a screwball thing as this? Just miffed after losing count of intended chad? If it was a hoax, I was naively taken in, depending on the honesty of the perpetrators. For some reason I just expect people to be ethical. Perhaps I should know better by now.
