Neo, I don't know about the tartar sauce. It may be a situation like the old Cattleman's Steak House in Dallas. When he was just a little kid, my oldest Son asked for some ketchup for his steak, and a, huge, Nubian, chef came out of the kitchen, with a meat cleaver in his hand, and asked what was wrong with his steak.
