I have my own question for Jeff.

Is calling a person a dirty name, if it is true, forbidden?

For example, of somebody calls one of us "you lawyer," is that namecalling? I mean, we may be, but in these circles it's pretty certainly intended as an insult.

Problem is, if you allow that, how do you not allow "stupid" "dumbo" etc. when the poster claims they're not namecalling but factual description??

Hmmm. The interstices of this are problematical.
