I agree and I think I agreed with that point in my last post. Reduction or increase in borrowing rates may or may not affect the real rates in the same way as they effect T rates.
My point was that most of the effect from the rate reduction is purely from market reaction to the fact of the reduction and by how much vs economic considerations.
