I believe, based on what we've seen, that GWB will come out of the appropriations dance with all the Democrat's wallets and keys. The media will once again be in shock, like they were at the end of July. But it will be harder and harder to retreat to their old standby of, "But now the Senate Democrats are going to make it HARD for him.".

I also believe there's about a 65% chance he'll have Social Security partial privatization by Christmas. If not, he'll have made it such a loud and clear issue that the Senate Dems who have to run in 2002 will be lined up to make it happen early next year out of pure fear of forced retirement.

The big loser in July, as well as the appropriations session to come: Puff Daschle, who has already proved himself vastly overemployed as majority "leader".

Well, maybe Bush should use the same excuse Clinton used for promising a tax cut and then raising taxes...

Well I guess English comprehension is not required to get an A at whatever schools, junior colleges or whatever you attended. For example you said Democrats responded and then cite only one Democrat. The Democrats voice is really from the DNC and DNC ads for at least two Democratic senators extoll the Democrat Senators helping President Bush pass his wise tax cuts.

Now if every Democrat Senator voted a particular way like that did rejecting the Kyoto protocol one could argue that if the DNC had a different opinion it was not what the response of the democrats was.

Your continuing poor English comprehension and communication skills are not something to be proud of.

In college all my courses were about learning how to think and see what was false and what was true and measure, quantify and define. Writing in English or any of the dozens of programming languages is just logic grammar and syntax and the grammar and syntax is trivial. The logic is true or has bugs.

You should pass you posts by the Orkin man.
