Life is life,
Yes it is. But life is not conscienceness nor is it a soul. There is human life in skin you shed every day. Life that would reproduce and thrive if only dropped into a petri disk full of nutrients. Your mistake is thinking that life and a mind are equivalent. They aren't. An embryo is a chunk of cells no different in kind or potential than the hair follicles on the floor of the beauty parlor. It is the intent of the prospective parents that make an embryo worthwhile. If that intent is not one of good parentage then it is far far better that those miscellaneousl cells be flushed than to have another unwanted child born into the world. If the intent is to have a child then those rights should be guarded and guarenteed just as vigorously.
