Sadly I think you are wrong.
guilt
1.The fact of being responsible for the commission of an offense.
3.
a.Remorseful awareness of having done something wrong.
b.Self-reproach for supposed inadequacy or wrongdoing.
I don't believe that any person who supports mr. bill is capable of the concept of Remorseful awareness for any wrongdoing. There is no wrongdoing in the means justify the ends.

Thus heavy with guilt is unlikely.

you are heavy with guilt over it
I may be a bit heavy over my fondness for tacos and T-bones but certainly not with guilt over my position on a family's right to choose whether and when to have offspring. A pregnancy changes many lives, not just those of the fetus. If the parties are not ready to accept the responsibilities then it is better for all involved and society that the pregnancy be terminated.
