I thought it would have been painfully obvious that some of the plants were replacements. To bring this to some peoples attention might be devastating so I held back. Thanks for the info but I fear it will get no acknowledgment from AS.

No Cheney wants old-fashioned polluting plants only.
And we have a glut of energy now, even in California.
Bottomline, Cheney was trying to make 200 billion+ for the "boys" who took care of him over the years including Halliburton which builds nuke plants and he's a totally corrupt character. He should leave his personal gain issues behind when he takes public office but doesn't care anymore. He couldn't give a rat's ass about American people just a few rich constiuents. If he did care he'd give more than 1% of his 30 million income to charity. (at the very least) regardless of how you and I rspected him in the past he's a big-time DC corporate crook and h ought to be indicted. Or at least forced to resign for health reasons.
