However, I have been out of JDSU since 280, prior to the last split, strictly for nosebleed valuation reasons. I did keep a few thousand in an estate from the SDLI acquisition. The "mother load" is still in QCOM, so a few hundred shares of the Q for 8,000 JDSU seems like a hell of a deal. Also, I own a bunch of AVNX due to their solution to chromatic dispersion for 40 gig.

I owned it way back when it was UNPH and did very, very well. This is still is relevant today, and why I still want to own them:
