Dealie, don't remember whether I thanked you earlier ......

for your kind words on my behalf a while ago. Probably not. So, Thank you!

I am getting better each day. What makes this such a crock is that less than two weeks ago, I was a strong, healthy person with virtually no medical history. My surgeon said, "That's the best time to do this." I didn't realize that he meant, "This is the best time for me to poke holes in you and make you bleed inside, as I would never want to do that if you were sick." Just poor communication, I guess. The medical profession speaks in a strange tongue, always taking pains (hah-hah) to make sure that we don't know what they are talking about. I know that what he has done to me is for the best, even though I am not intelligent enough to understand why I needed to have my body totalled this way, so that I could then slowly get better and someday feel as good as when we started. But I guess it's my problem that I don't see the point. Maybe he'll suggest doing it all over again once I return to normal, until I finally get it..

Anyway, thanks again for thinking of me, and best wishes.

JC :-)
