I haven't followed the Cisco eBay indicator for some time, but I just noticed that the number of Cisco items for sale on eBay is still rising:

AUG 23 INDEX UPDATE
-------------------------
DOW - midrange
SPX - lower midrange
OEX - lower midrange
NAZ - lower midrange, HAMMER
NDX - lower midrange, HAMMER
NAZ NET NEW HIGHs-LOWs = approximately NEGATIVE 85

On TUE I got CLASS 1 BUYs on the NAZ/NDX/SOX and borderline CLASS 1's on the SPX/OEX with the WINDOW until WED's LOWs. The indicies did bounce nicely yesterday, so thhere is hope that some sort of a rally, even a weak one, has started.

Again, I am not expecting a strong rally, but where WED's LOWs should hold and maybe some oscillations with a slight incline into next week(END-of-MONTH RALLY timeframe).

A significant negative appeared yesterday, where the NAZ NET HIGHs-LOWs deteriorated significantly. If the NAZ HI-LOs does not start to improve immediately/very soon then that would support my belief of a small rally.

Also watch the US DOLLAR. It was interesting to note how the media was reporting regularly that the drop in the USD was good for the US economy; however just within the last few days there is now some/little mention that if the USD continues down that would be a negative since that would motivate foreign money to leave the US market. Does anyone have specific details as to the amount of foreign money in the US BOND market and US STOCK MARKET.

For the short-them the USD has been consolidating over the last 5 days. Im suspecting that it may just be a consolidation period/rectangle prior to resumption of trend.
