I'm sure he will.

I'm reminded of a friend I had as a teenager who liked to borrow money.

He was always coming up with excuses and putting off why he couldn't pay his debt.

He would put the debt off over and over until he could use his favorite excuse,

which was, "Oh man, that was a long time ago."
