It should read:

The Company periodically evaluates when it benefits management, like when a new CEO comes in, or when the stock is already badly beatened up whether facts and circumstances as management sees them have occurred that indicate the carrying amount of a long-lived asset may be impaired. If an evaluation is required, the estimated future undiscounted cash flows associated with the asset are compared to the asset's carrying amount to determine if a write-down to market value or discounted cash flow is required and if the auditors disagree to management's discretionary assessment, we'll just fire them
