Gotta say, this thing is holding up much better than I would have expected.....down looks not willing when it occurs today....this could change of course, but trend change (short-term) argument has to be kept in back of mind/respected....your SOXX key is a good one..

1935-1940 or so should be tough going though...if we get that far..

Dow may be breaking down out of a bear flag. 10,240 was support yesterday afternoon (a couple of closes at that level). Fed minutes at 2 is the big deal du jour.
