I saw the article about that eagle this morning. That is quite unusual I think. They said the eagle may have been made more aggressive because humans had been feeding him.

IMO, as long as humans continue to disregard nature in the many ways it does, there will be days of reckoning. For example, people cannot build up the habitat of grizzly bears to the point that they are cramped for space to find food, and not expect the bears to attack in one way, or the other. I am not a tree hugger, per se, but there is only so much land on this Earth, and all kinds of wildlife need not be eliminated by attrition.
