Interesting to see that the Semiconductor Equipment Book to Bill was up for the third straight month in July. SOX has picked up as well. briefcase.yahoo.com Interesting comments from the Industry site as well: semi.org ---- SAN JOSE, Calif., August 21, 2001 -- The North American-based manufacturers of semiconductor equipment posted $764 million in orders in July 2001 and a book-to-bill ratio of 0.67, according to the July 2001 Express Report published today by Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI). A book-to-bill of 0.67 means that $67 worth of new orders were received for every $100 of product shipped for the month. ---------- Any Semi players have more light to shed on the market here?
