Hi Frank,

I bought and sold RGLD a dozen times or more between $2.40 and $3.60. It was a no-brainer to buy then. I consistently made good money with it and it's fundamentally low-risk, but I wouldn't buy it at these prices. There comes a point where the value investor sells a stock and the mo-mo investor buys it. At that point it becomes more of a tulip. I think that RGLD is there, BWDIK?
