He didn't touch her and he says he was just doing his job. An impatient person in line was provoking him and he told her to wait her turn. The other people in line were a little annoyed with the situation too, since they went there for a quick stop and things weren't working out. They agreed your girl friend was adding to the frustration/confusion. Of course you feel justified but 7-11 has lots of problems on friday nights and does everything they can to support their employees when hostility erupts. They can afford good lawyers. If you lose, how many years do you think you should get?
