Tim, a fairly positive article the valuation is not that heavy, unless we see a big decline in oil and Gas. The Mitchell
Properties are pretty good from what I know, Mitchell is 82 and he's been selling off assets for several years.

One thing Nichols hasn't been able to control is Devon's stock price. The company trades cheaper than its competitors. At a share price of $49, Devon carries an enterprise value (debt plus market cap of common shares) of $7.6 billion, or 3.4 times operating income (in the sense of earnings before depreciation, interest and taxes). Devon's peers go for 4 times.

Tim, Natural Gas prices are really having a tough time staying aboe 3.00 the Oct contract is currently 2.61 and
the last 4 days has seen some intense selling Pressure.
