Well About Time To Go Back To Work - But First A Joke

A very old one.

A broker called his client and said I have some good news and some bad news.

The client said well give me the bad news first. And the broker said well I am sorry but you have been wiped out.

And the client said well what could the good news be?

And the broker said, It was on low volume.

Actually, I was thinking about that very topic earlier. Bottoms tend to be sharp, but tops are almost always lengthy, rounding affairs. As a result, on longer-term time frames at least, multi-hit tops are much more common than multi-hit bottoms. Three individual, separated hits are unlikely to hold in either direction, but this may be shaping up into a rounding, rolling top. They are clustered closely enough for that. It's ugly, but it might also be interpreted like a head and shoulders top, if it gets all the way back down to a prospective neckline at 1162.
