Candidates like Jesse Helms certainly do help us I'm sure that makes you feel real good but you see Kenneth, Jesse Helms has not one thing to do with any candidates in Washington St. But the Dems dangle a character like Helms (I'm not aware of much of his history so I'll abstain from judgement of his record) in front of blacks in Washington as if that has anything to do with the candidate in Wash. St. You see, this is what really pisses me off about the way Dems go about the business of inserting themselves into positions of power via the black vote. Their presence is derived from some false "guilt by association" game. And I believe it is dishonest to black voters who tend to be less educated and more easily duped. And in the end, blacks are harmed because they live their lives fighting an enemy that the Dems have created for them to hate, and they pose themselves as the inoculation from that enemy. You should spend some time in the ghetto and work amongst low income blacks. The contempt you see in their eyes towards you as a white person is palpable. And in the end, a bar to their success in life. You think I'm gonna hire a guy I can tell hates me before we've ever met? It is the product of the racism that exists and the false enemies your party has created. I don't give a crap about Jesse Helms.
