I posted yesterday on stock attack II about the pattern which the dollar is in. This was in response to Haim questioning whether or not yesterday was a hammer day in the dollar. To be on the record, I will reassert my belief here that the dollar has now put in a broadening top pattern, as was seen so frequently in many tech stocks in the past year. Looking over the nature of those charts, it is possible for the dollar to bounce about midway up towards the highs over the next month or so. However, after that (or sooner) the dollar should enter a multi-month decline with its concomitant ramifications on US equities (ie down).
