Are you suggesting that he isn't expressing his sincerely held views? No. I was reflecting on what a fortuitous position his views place him in. And what is with the racist implication?? Since you mention it, that comment was probably not in the best of taste in this environment. I'm way behind in the posts and I'm apparently replying to messages faster than my brain is running. The expression is a common one around human resources staff, with whom I regularly had occasion to work, and where it is not considered racist but simply a wry reflection on the difficulty of recruiting for diversity. It was careless of me to say it here and I'm sorry if anyone was offended. Karen
