Thomas,
the fact that other major players are not pure plays doesn't really have anything to do with whether it is a gorilla game or whether BEA is the likely winner

You are the one who brought up the subject of a basket in your poll. Tinker was simply pointing out that, even though there are other contenders in the market, there is no viable basket strategy.

You seem ready to pounce on every post about this market. I have decided to just accept the fact that you and I disagree. Since nobody is arguing that there is a tornado in progress we have time to let this game unfold. I have no need to convince you of the correctness of my point of view since I am frequently wrong.

Hopefully you and I will be able to discuss this game as it unfolds. However, at this point, I do not think that is possible. Let's wait for some more evidence.

Paul

Thomas--

Forte..classic example of having all the right stuff, but
not achieving a big success.

Caught somewhere in my synapses is a recollection of a Geoff Moore comment that with gorilla games it is sometimes better not to be the first to enter the hunt...but to stay in the bullrushes and then pounce when the market gets ready to come to the pond and have a drink.
