Alot of companies stay in business even if they do have some debt.

I do not think jdsu will go out of business. I think they will survive and even thrive but now that it's under 7 1/16 it's no longer eligible to margin other stocks against it at my brokerage. If it can't rally quickly, I think it will slowly just slip lower and lower and have trouble rising.

Institutions don't like to touch stocks under 10 either.

Better get some kind of catalyst on this one or it goes the way of NT.

You use the term "burn through their cash."

Do you think JDSU can't produce their product for less than they sell it?

If revenues stop falling, and costs are less than revenues, there is no reason to burn cash.
