Tim, as far as I know, these chips are not sold, although the processors might wind up in a demo system shipped to a major OEM. AMD makes SRAMs for eval., not SDRAM, since a processor these days are mainly cache. I think it would be interesting to see the performance that a copper K6-2 is capable of, but they likely didn't push the process very much when they were made...
