SEC didn't check out ASTN! That's total bull. They ONLY approved eVWAP. They did not approve management of the BOD. Heck, Fred lost his nasd license because of a fraud lawsuit. He was sued by his ex boss Sherwood group and lost. He was sued by a uttc person and lost that also. Gothner was part of FUE. Director Valentine has six current securities investigations into his firm and he's being sued for securities fraud, stock manipulation and now rackateering. There is no way the SEC would give these people their stamp of approval. Go sell the bull somewhere else.
