Sure they are.

Valuation has to matter though and the economy.

I would like to buy jdsu but it's not at a valuation that is compelling yet.

It might never get there, but there are other stocks that are trading at ridiculous valuations and many for less than the cash they have, so it might happen to jdsu too.

I can wait for a base or better prices.
