<font color=RED>Thank you Michele!

I agree with you completely. However, at the same time it does get a little old to see this Ollie person posting these crazy posts about people in our industry. This comes at a time when daytrading is just coming out of some negative light. It's no secret that about 55 large sites and firms were investigated last year to make sure everything was on the up and up. Those that did wrong got fined or put out of business.

The SEC is there to police wrong doing for the benefit and safety of the investor and we are 100% for that. It does our industry absolutely no good to have illegal things going on. It's just like Vegas. If all the games in Vegas were rigged, then people would wise up and stop going there. That wouldn't be good business for the casinos. It's the same with daytrading and brokerage firms and the like. If there was a lot of dishonest stuff going on (as Ollie would try to have everyone believe) then it wouldn't be good for the industry.

Any half way successful financial business makes plenty of money. Ollie's idea that we are secretly getting some kick back or that we are encouraging people to go into and out of the market more than they should so some guy over at some brokerage firm gets an extra $5 commission is just ludicrous. Our only mission in life is to send you a stock market report and provide a service that helps you make money. If our service does that, we hope you'll continue to subscribe. You making money is our best insurance for staying in business - so why would we ever want to see our customers lose even a nickle? It just didn't make sense. I know it, you know it and Ollie probably knows it and yet he continues to post his nonsense.

If this guy doesn't like our service or wants to tell people that we suck or don't know what we are doing, then it's his view and his right to express his opinion. I have no problem with that. But I'll be God damned if he says I'm breaking the law or doing anything dishonest when I am not. My integrity and character are priceless on Wall Street and I refuse to let this guy tarnish that here or any place else.

As I have told him (and many other have told him) if you have some secret documents or some proof of some wild scheme or something like that, then please, I urge you to take it to the FBI, the CIA, the NASQ, the SEC or whomever you think will best handle it and be done with it all ready. But instead, he rants and raves on and on and on on SI.

I think we are all tired of it.

And then, when I post a reply to his message, expressing MY OPINOIN, he sends me a private e-mail saying if I don't take down the post right away he's going to sue me for slander. My opinion again and that is that Ollie needs to get a life. If my views on you upset you, then find some place other than SI to spend your evenings.

Are we all starting to see the picture here?

I'm sorry if I'm not the kind of CEO that hides in his office or avoids confrontations. Anyone that has dealt with me in the past knows you can get me on the phone or via e-mail and knows I'm a straight shooter. I take an active roll in our business and I really feel Ollie is way out of line.

As ollie said when he posted his first message for this forum, he wants everyone to be able to voice their opinions and exchange information on the subject with no censorship. So that's just what I'm doing.

I have to add I find it highly ironic that he's now threatening to sue me because I voiced my opinion about his last post (which, by the way, I noticed suddenly was removed). As far as I'm concerend, if Ollie wants to sue me for using my 1st amendment right, then more power to him. It will just make our counter suit that much easier to file.

Sincerely,

Ray Johns
