NOLIFE, While english may well still be a skill you have to master it should be pointed out that the conjuction "and" clearly indicated that abortion and infanticide are different hence the need for a conjunction to join the thoughts. I think the best legal compromise is to ban infanticide, that is the killing of a baby that has actually been born. Even though a newborn is not self aware anymore than a fetus there is a time when it will become self aware. That time is not easy to discern. That is why I support a limit to the termination unwanted children at birth since birth for legal purposes is a pretty clear event and well in advance of any developing self-awareness. TP

TP lost my respect totally when he claimed, upstream, that a baby became so only at birth. That the instant before, even through the birth canal, it was not a "human". No mother would ever agree with him.
