I thought the CC was very disappointing in a number of very key areas. I think that the investment community expected either new licenses or new contracts or both. I was not surprised based on Lev's total lack of credibility, that there were none. No new contracts and no new licensees. Excluding the contracts with Alliant, Bluefin, and Globalstar no mention was made of the other contracts which I will not bore you with but am sure we remember well. While you may say that this is the past, I believe that the press releases announcing contracts, none of which have apparently produced income along with Lev's previous public statements wrt revenue, production capacity, status of the German line (still not delivered)and all the other crap will be the source of new class actions. This is not the time for the company to be spending precious $ defending new class actions but we can thank Lev, previous management and the BOD. We are exactly a year late in making this transition. It should have been avoided.
