I don't think the costs will be huge. Restructuring usually costs a lot of money when it is very disruptive and layoffs or building closures are involved. In this restructure, it seems that it's more a matter of realigning who people are reporting to. They aren't getting rid of anyone or any other products and they aren't closing buildings. So I bet the charge for the restructure ends up being immaterial.
