Sounds reasonable. I was simply pointing out that most new construction is using NG for heat and some HO facilities in the northeast are likely being retrofitted for NG.

We are both saying more NG will be consumed, just for different reasons. Still not quite sure about your last comment. Sounds like you are saying new NG only capacity can displace old HO capacity. This I agree with but aren't we already at a point where all demand can be satisfied without using any HO? The converse is not true as far as I know. There are no new HO facilities being built are there? It's a one way street. In other words no more NG can be displaced than last winter no matter how much more NG costs than HO.

Does this make sense? Realize my wording isn't the clearest but not sure how to explain better.
