Wolf,

"Here come the lawyers"

Exactly to my point on SH today, that this issue is not going to go away soon. This could get real ugly over the next few months.

Though I would love to see Pennsaid approved by the FDA tomorrow, the climate will be prime anytime over the next 6 months for a new entrant . . . say, perhaps . . . one with no side effects and more efficacy.

"Pennsaid works and works well."

Heck, why not a new tag line?

"Pennsaid Saves!"

Fellow DMX Citizens,

What is the probability of a Canadian approval before an EU approval?

Tuesday marks the anniversary of HC rejection and the 315th day since Phase III (c) resubmission to HC. So we are in the overtime period with HC again.

September 4 marks 60 days since the recalibrated EU date for objections. October 4th, of course, marks the 90th day.

Pennsaid, Works and Works NICE.
