Last quarter was their last for losing money. If you are examining backwards looking numbers/ratios, then you need to take into account that they just started flowing gas through their NG pipeline from Swan Creek on March 8 and were building the pipeline before that. The pipeline is nowhere near full and they are punching cheap long life shallow wells right and left in Swan Creek. Big time reserves there and they got them dirt cheap. The history of the CEO and how he bought Swan Creek is some interesting reading.

Their pipeline goes directly from their field into the Kingsport industrial center in Tennessee. They have a massive Eastman Chemical manufacturing facility as a long term customer and also a munitions factory. They are selling directly from the gas well to the end customers. It's a VERY sweet deal!

Don't know of any other NG producers who have such a beautiful arrangement. They own the land, they own the mineral rights, they own the pipeline, and they own the customers. If anyone knows of a sweeter arrangement please share :o)
