Hi Web Myst; Sorry to hear you're still in this. I was sure from your comments on this thread that you would take advantage of the lawsuit spike to exit. But that was just my guess, it wasn't in your posts at all. Re RMBS going belly up in the next year, not a chance. They've got big money in the bank, and the shareholder lawsuits will take what, 2 years to complete? I do think that the combination of shareholder lawsuits and the Micron and Hynix lawsuits will be enough to bankrupt the company, but the legal system takes years to grind these things out. I don't know why RMBS keeps going lower. At some price around here, people have to start buying on the off chance that they'll be successful in their litigation for DDR royalties. -- Carl
