He could have done it himself. A little drive up the Potomac to a secluded picnic area. Spread the blanket out and then - boom. Wrap her up and toss in water. Or better yet, find a landfill after dark. Visit car wash on the way back.

No need to involve others. He doesn't seem the type to cut anybody in on his deviousness.
