Susan check out House2Home. Homebase<HBI> converted 40+ of their stores into this all inclusive concept store. Most are on the west coast. I've got one here in Chico Ca where i live. I've been invested for a while. It's currently hovering around 2 the shares outstanding are very reasonable. It could work.
